"Prefer bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance & Accounting.
Minimum 3-5 years of AP experience is required (manufacturing industry is a plus)
Minimum 1~3 years in leadership position.
Workable English skills.  Strong interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work in a multi-cultural、multi-national organization and be willing to travel domestically and  Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.  
ERP implementation experience is a plus. Strong understanding of SalesForce, ERP - NSV, Dynamics 365 and O365 system
Experience with finance transformation is a plus
AP process digitalization experience is a plus
Strong IFRS knowledge. Working knowledge of relevant intermediate concepts of finance and accounting.
Complete and prioritize work independently.

Take lead of China AP operation work, ensure China timely and accurate payment and filing, reporting
Ensure China AP whole process adhere to global process definition
Continue to improve China AP process and seek digitalization solution as possible
Act as AP SME、 key user in China D365 system implementation
Monitor and continually strengthen the China control environment, special in AP process. Detect and mitigate internal control risk in China AP process
Act as AP process leader in China finance transformation project
