岗位职责
  
1. Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion;
  
负责项目中全部的工程设计及技术指导。需要安排项目的进度 计划 预估 资源，同时需要管所有的技术性活动以确保项目从概念到完成的准确性和质量
  
 
  
2. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects;
  
准备，计划，协调和监督给定的工程项目 
  
3. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status;
  
保证工作中的整体质量把控 (预算，进度安排，计划及个人绩效)，并定期汇报项目状况
  
4. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team;
  
分配任务及监督工程队
  
5. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support;
  
高效率的和项目经理沟通合作，并为其他项目参与者提供协助和技术支持
  
6. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  
审查工程确保可以交付，并及时矫正错误
  
岗位要求
  
1. Proven working experience as a Project Engineer; 有项目工程师经验
  
2. Communication in English Language; 英语交流能力
  
3. Good knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD; 优秀的设计知识和可视化软件使用能力，如AutoCAD
  
4. Advanced MS Office skills; 高级的办公软件使用能力
  
5. Familiarity with rules, regulations,熟悉规则制度  best practices and performance standards
  
6. Project management and supervision skills;项目管理和监督能力
  
7. Written and verbal communication skills;书面和口语交流技巧
  
8. Time management and organization skills;时间管理和组织能力
  
9. BS degree in Engineering or relevant field.工程或相关专业，本科学历
  

属于维修公用设施部门，机械或电气类专业优先，有进口机器安装经验优先，有外企工作经验优先，***。
