Key Responsibilities
·  Conduct technical training for our customers and employees in the Training Center in Shanghai and will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the training.
·  Involved in the conception of training tailored to the target group.
·  Create the necessary documents, taking into account professional and didactic criteria. 
·  Support the Academy in expanding the training offering.


Requirement 
·   Technical education with further training as a certified technician in the field of mechatronics / electronics or a comparable field of expertise.
·   Willingness to undergo intensive training to become a Certified Trainer.
·   Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as distinctive methodological and didactic abilities.
·   Good knowledge of automation and control technology is an advantage.
·   Willingness to travel, to a moderate extent
Excellent  knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
