• Follow up sample closely until samples are approval

• Assess existing supplier source, combine or develop to optimize supplier pool
• 评估现有供应商资源，进行整合或开发以完善，确保供应商资源的充足性与合理性
• Supplier contract negotiation, strive for the best benefits of the company
• 负责供应商合同谈判， 为公司争取***利益。
• Implement cost improvement , localization
• 实施价格优化以及国产化
• Handle unqulified goods in time
• 不良品及时处理并推动改进
• Be participant in supplier performance evaluation and push supplier to improve
• 参与供应商表现评估以及推动供应商改进
• Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives
• 支持及推动6S的推行
• Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007
• 遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体
• Perform other tasks assigned by the team

任职要求：

• College degree or the above in Mechanical or Engineering background
• 机械类或工科类相关专业，大专或以上学历
• At least 3 years experience in supplier development and in lifting part , machining , injection , hardware or electronics etc .
• 至少三年以上的在吊具，机加工，注塑，五金或电子等供应商开发或相关工作经验
• Be familiar with cost and production process of mechanical , hardware etc . Is able to reading drawng and cost analysis
• 熟悉机械及其他五金产品的生产过程、成本, 能读懂图纸以及成本分析
• Have supplier sources for lifting , machining , injection and hardware etc
• 有丰富的吊具，机加工，注塑和五金等供应商资源
• Have the knowledge of ISO9001 , ISO14000 or TS16949
• 了解 ISO9001 , ISO14000 或TS16949体系
• Positive , aggressive ,logical , can work independently and under pressure
• 工作积极主动，有很强的进取心，逻辑思维清晰以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力
• Good at independent thinking , good problem solving skills
• 善于思考，能独立解决问题
