Major duties

1. Assist the project manager to maintain master project planning, e.g., supervising the mission, target and timeline of the project and promote the execution of key activities

2. Coordinate project resources and connect、interact with workpackage responsibles and stakeholders in the project team

3. Identify risks and setup、implement counter-measures and solutions

4. Organize project meeting with internal team, external suppliers and customers. Follow up meeting minutes and defined tasks

5. Drive product industrialization procedure in accordance to Zeiss internal process. Supervise documentation and quality system establishment

Competence

1. Master Degree or above, major in Engineering, Optics, or other related areas

2. Scientific understanding and fundamental knowledge on his、her major area

3. Basic understanding of ophthamic lens manufacturing process

4. Good capability of project management. Deep understanding of project manangment processes, skills and toolkits (timeline, quality, cost and risk control)

5. Strong self-motivation, good communication skills and teamwork spirit

6. Good oral and writing English
