主要职责：

1. 根据日计划，周计划，合理地指导生产，以确保按时完成生产任务。

2. 根据生产计划安排物料，生产和人员。

3. 协调技术，质量部门解决实际生产中的各种问题。

4. 负责组织生产部门员工的业务指导和培训，提高生产效率，并检查和评估他们的工作。

5. 负责协调安全生产，设备管理，现场生产管理，劳动保护，环境保护等专项工作。

6. 负责完成生产计划并组织生产统计报告。

7. 负责生产车间的日常工作，组织和监督部门人员完成职责范围内的所有任务。

8. 负责生产车间各种管理制度的实施，检查，监督和控制。

9. 完成经理安排的其他任务   

任职资格：

1、 高中以上学历，熟悉机械行业，具有空压机行业工作经验优先；

2、 具有3年以上同等岗位生产管理相关工作经验；

3、 基础的口语与书面英语；

4、 善于沟通，精于组织，有实际生产管理指挥工作经验；

Main Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for following daily and weekly plan and direct production to ensure that production tasks are completed on time.

2. Scheduling/preparing materials, production, and personnel according to the production plan.

3. Coordinate technical/quality department to solve/ improve problems in pump workshop.

4. Responsible for organizing the business guidance and continuous  training of employees in the production department, improve the efficiency and check and evaluate their work.

5. Responsible for coordinating special work such as safety production, equipment management, on-site production management, labor protection, environmental protection, etc.

6. Responsible for completing production plan and organizing production statistics report.

7. Responsible for the overall daily work of the production workshop, organize and supervise the personal of the department to complete all the tasks within the scope of their duties.

8. Responsible for the implementation, inspection, supervision and control of various management systems in the production workshop.

9. Complete other tasks arranged by manager.   

Qualifications:   

1. High school or above degree.

2. 3+ years’ experience familiar with mechanical industry, working experience in air compressor industry is preferred.

3. normal oral/written English

4. good Word and Excel, email.
