工作职责:

As Sourcing Manager you are responsible for 3rd party equipment (comprising a variety of sub-categories like, Racking, Platform & Steel work, Scanners, AGV, Mechanical & Electrical Installation). For these categories you will develop a strategy with your peers in Europe and North America and implement this in your AP region. As one global team, you and your regional business team together ensure the performance of your assigned suppliers on quality, delivery, service and cost competitiveness. You negotiate best contract conditions for Vanderlande and ensure a healthy relationship with your suppliers. 

Responsibilities of the Sourcing Manager are

? Commodity Strategy Development, developing and implementing regional category strategies adding up in one Global Category Strategy

? Market analysis, providing direction by identifying potential new suppliers to meet BU requirements

? Sourcing, ensuring that cost, flexibility, quality, delivery and long-term assurance of supply objectives with the supply base are established and achieved

? Relationship management with your suppliers

? Managing the negotiation process, delivering the total cost of ownership to support the profitability objectives of VI.

? Ensuring our key supplier relationships are defined via written agreements that meet the long-term and short-term needs of the business

? Ensure right selection criteria for the supply base

? Lead a Supply Chain Team of different disciplines (quality, operational buyers, NPI..)

? Get acceptance on the regional category strategy in alignment with the Global Category Manager

? Improve on sourcing and related processes

任职资格:

? Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply or Supply Chain management.

? Technical knowledge of Mechanical components.

? At least 5-8 years of experience in the Purchasing field and a minimum of two years of strategic and tactical sourcing/category management experience in an international High-Tech environment

? Proven track record in contract management & negotiation

? Excellent communication (Chinese & English) and stakeholder management skills

? Structured and result driven

? Flexible and proactive team player

? Willingness to travel, up to 25%
