1. 完成机械结构设计方案及项目投标的方案确认；

   Accomplish mechanical & structure design of product and scheme  confirmation of bidding projects

2. 分析并解决客户现场及客户产品故障及质量问题；

   Analyze and resolve product failure and quality problems of clients;

3. 运用SolidWorks、AutoCAD制作设计文件，进行基本结构设计、非标设计及优化；

   Accomplish design documents by SolidWorks, AutoCAD & other drawing  software, finish & optimize structure, non-standard design;

4. 完成新产品开发中机械结构设计及力学分析工作,并输出BOM表；

   Accomplish mechanical & structure design , mechanics analysis  of new product, generating the BOM form;

5. 处理PDM项目相关的结构设计、文件上传、文件版本冲突的各种问题；        

   Handle various issues related to PDM project structure design, file  upload, file version conflict ；

6. 完善已有产品设计，协助生产部解决生产过程中发生的技术问题；

   Improve design of existing products and assist to solve the technical  problems occurred in production;

7. 协助采购部完成产品国产化、降成本的目标；

   Collaborate with purchasing department to accomplish the goal of  localization and cost reduction;

8. 制作NMA(新物料)和ECN(工程变更)，收集各部门反馈并存档；

   Make NMA and ECN, collect department’s feedback and keep in file;

9.  培训并指导初级机械工程师工作；

   Train and mentor the junior mechanical engineers;

10. 完成其他交办的工作。

   Other duties as assigned.

任职资格Requirement Profile:

1. 机械或机电一体化本科及以上学历；

    Bachelor degree or    above, majored in mechanical or mechatronics;

2. 英语良好；

   Good  command in English;           

3. 5年以上机械设计相关经验； 

   Over 5 years mechanical design or related experience;

4. 熟悉空调机产品结构设计（包括钣金、管道、焊接）； 

   Familiar with air conditioner design    include Sheet metal, pipe, welding;            

5. 熟练掌握3D设计软件，有Solidworks和三维模型管理软件（如PDM, Windchill等）者优先；

   Familiar  with 3D CAD software, experience for Solidworks and 3D model management  software is preferred;

6. 良好的沟通和协调能力。

   Good communication and coordination skills.
