Job Description
1.开发和管理客户，维护良好的合作关系
2.充分理解雇主招聘需求，通过数据库、招聘广告、社交网络等展开人才搜寻工作
3.邀约面试，出具人才评定报告并及时向雇主推荐与岗位匹配的候选人
4.为候选人提供简历、面试和职业发展规划等建议
5.薪酬谈判、候选人背景调查、离职指导和入职协助等
6.为客户提供人才市场信息、薪酬报告；帮助候选人分析行业动向、职业发展路径
7.组织线上线下分享活动如行业研讨会、职业技能培训、同业交流等

As a Recruiter You Will:
?Manage your own portfolio of both new and existing candidates and clients
Become a market expert in order to provide advice and career guidance to candidates
?Network to accrue business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
?Partner with clients to grow their business by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
?Utilize multiple online resources to source and screen potential candidates
Manage all elements of the interview process from beginning to final stages
